Hmm... In my opinion, the 7 best are the 6 made by FromSoftware (DeS, DS1, DS2, DS3, BB and ER), then Lies of P. But each to their own.

The Tales Of series are some of the best RPGs I've ever played, and the characters are a big reason for that. I don't think I played a single game in the series that I didn't enjoy. Rest in peace.

I love the Tales games. Phantasia will always be my favorite. Ironically I felt like as the series progressed the character design became too “anime cliche.”
FF XV, FF Type 0, and Bloodborne for me this year

I cannot wait for Persona 5! So glad I discovered this series, even though I've yet to actually play it (don't have a vita, can't afford one right now). After 2 complete Let's Plays of P4G, I'm SO ready for P5.
