Tony Polanco from The Koalition:
"For gaming news we talk about how certain Australian retail stores are no longer selling Grand Theft Auto V, how the Xbox One supposedly outsold the PlayStation 4 during Black Friday, the Assassin’s Creed Victory leak, and the possibility of Marvel and Star Wars characters appearing in Kingdom Hearts 3.
On the Pop Culture side of things we discuss whether or not Luke Skywalker’s original lightsaber will play a crucial role in The Force Awakens, how AMC spoiled The Walking Dead for millions of viewers, the Suicide Squad cast reveal, and the official synopsis of the Fantastic Four movie."
The GTA 5 Agent Trevor DLC episode could have been a real treat for fans on PlayStation and Xbox, before it was scrubbed sometime before 2017.
With the amount of money they generated, I just don’t understand the scrubbing of this. It would’ve been fantastic for fans.
I really want to know who drove the decision to focus on multiplayer was it Rockstar or take two.
Because when online started taking off many of the studio leads began having falling outs and leading including a founder
One of the reason I believe once gta 6 release, most of us thoroughly play it, enjoy the world they crafted then after that no offline support, no dlc at all
The Outerhaven writes: With the closure of The Crew's online servers, Ubisoft has started removing access to the game from anyone who owns it on Ubisoft Connect.
I'm so done with Ubisoft, removing games one paid for is a new low...
Bye Ubisoft,
You've done f#c*ed it up !
I see they're trying their best to surpass Activision Blizzard for being the most hated gaming company. Keep at it, Ubisoft, I believe!
Grand Theft Auto V was released on PC on the 14th of April 2015. That means the game will be nine years old in four days, and it’s still among the most-played titles on Steam. With a 24-hour peak of 145K players, it’s as popular as Baldur’s Gate 3, Apex: Legends, and Destiny 2.
I have a strong feeling that Star Wars will show up in KH3 in some form. I think that universe makes more sense than Marvel. But its still too early to tell. They are only exploring ideas for now.
It's always tough for me to understand when a game is banned considering the culture here in the US, but then I look at what's ok in Japan vs here and I'm cool lol.
I think it'd be awesome for Kingdom Hearts to capitalize on the Star Wars and Marvel universes. Great podcast guys!
