Pure Nintendo: "While my fondness for the Wii U version remains, I’ve Got to Run: Complete Edition! on 3DS is definitely the better game. There’s simply much more to enjoy here, not to mention being a far better fit for a handheld device. If you’re at all interested in endless runners, be sure to give this game a download! It’s very enjoyable, with a surprising amount to offer. You may easily find yourself hooked on it!"
In honor of Satoru Iwata, indie developer 4 Corner Games is holding a limited-time eShop sale to give fans a chance to have fun with their games.
Doesn't this feel odd to anyone else? - It feels more like a "Let's use this news to drive up future sales of our games! / Get our games noticed!" (Which is disgusting).
I know he is basically giving the game away for free, but this is still in poor taste.
What he should have done, is had it on sale for $1, and said that all proceeds go to some cancer fighting charity.
I would actually buy it at that point.
Ryan Johnson from The Gamers Lounge writes "A few months ago, I got a copy of the original I've Got to Run for the Wii U to review. While I didn't see much in terms of overall excitement, it became a recommended purchase due to the overall cheap price and the fact that it hooked my son more than Mario Kart 8 for a while. The game's "Complete Edition" now heads to the Wii U's handheld sibling, albeit at a higher price point. It it worth your time to hop along the kitchen counters again?"
This game is terrible (the original at least), don't waste your time. If you want to play a real runner, buy Runner2, I think it is on sale in the Nintendo Eshop for $5 and is an amazing game, worth it even at $15 bucks.

"When I've Got to Run! made its début this summer on Wii U eShop, we were not particularly impressed with the endless runner. An overly simplistic graphical presentation, a lack of replay value and the limited appeal of the genre on a home console were three of our biggest issues with the title — thankfully, all three have been remedied in one way or another for I've Got to Run! Complete Edition. It's not a perfect game by any stretch of the imagination, but the portability and myriad improvements of this version make for a fun little on-the-go time-waster."
