I think it is current-gen only cause on the bottom of the cover it says PS4, Xbox One and PC and does not mention PS3 or Xbox360.

Too bad that this came up too early and now they will manipulate their PR to convince anyone that it is not an issue.
Bacause of this, unless they say "we won't put microtransactions, period" we will only know on release how bad the abuse will be.

Just cause 2 was a weak experience.

Gameplay and story wise, I'd agree.

But to my mind it's still one of the best open world experiences yet. I really hope they retain the scale of the setting in the new game.

Just Cause 2 was (and still is) one of the very best game I've ever played in my long life as a gamer.

I'm bummed this won't be on the PS3/Xbox360, though.

Oh and no co-op...focus on bringing the world to life, my main criticism of JC2, they need to work on the world and make it seem alive. Unity has so many bugs included and it's the first game to offer co-op....coincidence, I think not. Resources spent on that (many months) can be spent on other things.

I have....but it was made by modders (the community) after a long process AFTER the game came out and made it in their own time during a long process.

In studio development you can't have that, time and money is not on your side, so in my opinion leave it to the modders and if you really want co-op get it on PC. Everyone wins then

I honestly dont think Just Cause 3 is going to be as great as 2.

Especially with those leaked screen shot with that giant list of micro transactions.

But we'll see how it ends up. If it wasn't for that leaked I would be hyped for this game, instead I'm skeptical.

Hopefully there's a little more variety in the bases or they just cut down on the copy-paste and make a more concentrated and ultimately better game. A man is at 35% on JC2 and got bored out of his skull because it's the same structure for every base and the military never gets pushed out of an area so they're always pestering even in finished areas.
