I can see why because Sony, Microsoft, and even Sega rejected the deal of wanting this game on their platforms but Nintendo was the only one left so they accepted the deal and funded the project which made it a Wii U exclusive. So I think people should blame the companies that rejected the deal.

I believe it got its good reviews, not because of it being a game for everyone, more like because it sets high standarts inside its own genre. It hits exactly there, where it wanted to be, if you know what I mean.

The game started as an Xbox exclusive then got ported to the PS3. The first game.

I didn't like the first game. Enemies were bland and uninteresting for one. I like my WiiU, but I think I would rather see a new ghosts and goblins than this garbage!

Nintendo needs to go back to their roots and start putting out games again that put them on the map, and stop trying to conform to these type of boring games.

Sony and Microsoft have appealing products and there are plenty of great games on their consoles, but the reason they are so successful is because they appeal to the casual masses.

We, as habitual gamers with a more sophisticated taste, have never been the majority. We were a minority 20 years ago, and we are a minority now. It's just that now, instead of 100 million kids playing sports, they're all playing AAA games. That's what the majority of gamers are doing, because the majority of gamers do not appreciate games on the level that we do.

20 years ago we were the nerds playing video games while everyone else was playing football and soccer, now we're the nerds playing Nintendo exclusives while everyone else is playing big budget multiplats. There's a reason the majority doesn't take interest in the games that we do... There has never been more than a small minority that could look beyond the surface and truly appreciate the finer games

the core gamers are a dying breed man, the old school gamers who experienced the nes,snes, atari etc from the past are few and far between compared to the casual masses of dude bro gamers who only started gaming in the 3d era!

From the looks of things I would agree, PC and Wii U are the way to go, there are a lot of interesting new IPs coming to X1 and PS4 though as well as sequels to their own big names later next year.

TLOUR have much higher metascore and it's the most awarded game in history
but both are very different games and different genres
also one is a remaster and the other just come out this year
