i don't care if you guys give me disagree but this game make me very disappointment .

its just another copy of resident evil 4 with more gore , poor graphics , weak story , no emotional scenes , no good atmosphere , no horror and not attractive main character .

i put my hops in mikami to bring something looks like resident evil 0 , 1 , 2 , 3 and code veronica with same camera like RE4 and dead space but he failed me and make me hate him like crapcom .

its seems he look for money and challenge crapcom after leaving them .

This game is awesome! It has great atmosphere. The graphics aren't the greatest but they surely aren't bad either. There's much more to it than RE4. I'm so glad I got this game at midnight. It's so much fun, and very addicting. I keep dying but that's all right

Definitely having to do with the games difficulty. Its a tough game and many reviewers were turned off by it hence the hit or miss review scores. To give you an idea it's like playing Re4 and dealing with the regenerators with little ammo THE WHOLE GAME. Its a great game though if you have no problem with it.

No excuses for reviewers. Demon's Souls and Dark Souls are hard as hell and have stellar reviews. And let's not forget the low score that IGN gave Alien Isolation becasue the game was "too hard."

Wow I pre ordered the game from best buy today I was expecting a lot of 7s but this is awesome! I am so glad the survival horror genre is making a comeback!

So far it's not just me with the emotionless characters and their bland reactions

Its the only off putting thing about the game, the voice actor doesn't help either

How is the difficulty?

Pretty hard at first if you don't know what you are doing. The A.I sometimes is a little unpredictable so sneaking is difficult but I feel like it makes it more challenging so when you do get a stealth kill for example it's more rewarding

The difficulty can be tough. I'm not playing on easy, but it still seems hard at spots. The control can be tricky too. It's hard to judge where enemies are just by listening. It's great fun though

I'm glad, that tells me that apart from story, the gameplay is solid and what is driving the game

stories are great, but they shouldn't be a deciding factor in all single player adventure games.

The story was never going to be good. This is from a guy who gave us the Jill sandwich. Good few days for Japanese devs though. Hopefully it continues.

I like the story. Yes it's not the greatest but it's a horror game. I'm kind of used to it. Plus all the crazy sh*^ that keeps happening. I do agree the lead role is lacking. Still, the game is a blast IMO
