I't really goes to show how brilliant a job naughty Dog did on the original PS3 version who's graphics stand up very well, although I'm sure the game isn't really testing the PS4 it is well worth the money especially for those who have yet to play it for it's increased graphical fidelity and 60fps which make a truly remarkable gaming experience even better.

The differences are immediately obvious when you play it in person.

Yeah, videos like this might make it seem like they are very close, but the actual difference when you play both versions is much larger and immediately apparent.

The differences between the PS4 and PS3 versions are obvious to anyone who has played the game on both consoles. The differences are even more pronounced when playing the game at 60fps. The speed and responsiveness of the PS4 version at 60fps cannot be described or shown in a video or a stream on Twitch. You have to actually experience it for yourself.

Gamers that actually have the game know this should have never been a PS3 title. It does look noticeably better and the 60 GPS is game changing... But I must digress this game at times feels rushed, and I know it'll be patched away... But the bugs and glitches I encountered on my survivor play through we're numerous. Some of them took me out of the experience. Whether it was stretchy legs, super hair, or fixed cameras that wouldn't unfix... Still 10/10 but man I was disappointed at times

I'm downloading the game at the moment although I have it for the ps3 but lost it and never beat the game. I'm sure I was at the end though the part when he meets up with his brother!?

I did not plan on buying it but I totally forgot I had a 75 gift card for best buy so figured why not, and now I can't lose it! Lol I Just beat infamous today and now I'll be playing this all night :)

If you mean the part of the game where you meet his brother for the first time at the hydro electric plant you still have quite a big portion of the game to go. Also the "Winter" scene is the best part of the game (IMO) which you would have missed :O

Yup the hydro plant! Cool... It just needs to hurry and finish downloading, it's at 42% but still can't play single player. Is it not like the xb1 ? I have to wait for the whole thing to dl?

You just can't do a graphics comparison through a youtube video...

Screenshots and downloaded videos are the only proper ways to compare them, but even they aren't as perfect as side by side live comparison.

Not only Youtube but all streamed video is compressed like hell. You just shouldn't be allowed to do these because it makes the better version loom significantly worse than it really is.

I've been going back and forth on rather or not I want to put out another $50 on this game. I loved the first ride, through and at times I think it would be nice to re-visit it. BUT that's a lot of money that could probably be better spent on a brand new "adventure".

Considering the Ps4 is 8 to 10 times more powerful then the PS3, this does not look very impressive.

Bought the game hours ago and currently have the PS3 version. PS4 version doesn't feel next gen at all. It feels like im playing the PS3 version with 240 hz activated on my bravia TV. The looks still feel PS3ish with a TAD bit sharpness added. These game sites and fanboys are DEFINITELY over exaggerating this game. There is a DAMN good reason why a LOT of people are saying they can BARELY see any differences. This game doesnt feel new at all.

Err..they looked the same? I guess 60fps is the only thing that can really show significant difference
