The best actor would not accept a job from your little studio that had made no films yet. It’s similar to how you cannot get Lionel Messi to play for your third division Scottish team at the beginning of a football manager game – you need to build up to it. Showtime! allows you to hire the best talent straight away with no wooing, writing roles specifically for actors, no proving your studio is worthy or anything.
