on the fence about sniper elite 3, games.on.net had mixed opinions about it. might pick it up when it's in a steam bargain bin.

IMO after a couple of missions I'd say you were right to wait. I've never seen such stupid AI. It doesn't know what it wants to be, a sniper game or a stealth game, tries to be both but I'm not convinced it's working so far. That's my version, people may recommend it, down to you in the end.
