'Before you jump to conclusions on a paywalled demo please understand that this is simply a test. Due to having put 100s of hours into developing the game so far I have cut out lots of the areas for this build but don't think this doesn't equate to poor value. Give my game a try, I guarantee you'll be captivated by the mysterious slowly unwinding story of Eric Johnson as he ventures the west in a genre combination that is very rarely done. I have put particular effort into the gameplay mechanics and story to assure you'll be left wanting more. Enjoy, and if this test sees enough interest I'll most definitely push on to finish the project by Christmas 2014! For now this is just a PC exclusive but who knows, if I see a strong response this could make its way on to PlayStation systems before you know it due to the accessibility available.

One of the big Xbox releases heading our way in May 2024 is the long-awaited Hypercharge Unboxed, which is finally bringing its "first and third-person shooter action figure game" to Xbox consoles on Friday, May 31st.
Sadly, ahead of launch, the game's official Twitter (or "X") account has been highlighting the "trolls" who are claiming that because it's not launching on Game Pass, Hypercharge Unboxed is already set up for failure on Xbox.
Just because our indie game isn't on game pass, doesn't mean it's "dead on arrival".

It's horrible what people will say, but the truth might be harsh. There is a good chance it might not do well on Xbox if it's not on GamePass. There is a strong possibility that is the case. We'll see.
When it launches on Playstation in the future you can rest assured it will sell much better. The devs have confirmed it's coming to Playstation in the future.

The development of Hypercharge: Unboxed for the Xbox platform was officially announced on July 16, 2022, with the developers also confirming future support for the PlayStation."
I remember having this on my radar years ago for the Switch but never pulled the trigger on it. Crazy it's still not on PlayStation yet.

Sounds like early access. But damn it all if demo's aren't free anymore. No one tell Electronic arts........
This seems to be created in RPG Maker VX(Maybe ACE?), and the Graphics look like the tileset you get with the program (or DLC). So he probably didn't put that much time in the engine or graphics.
£1 for 15min gameplay. Sound like the full game will be really expensive. /jk
