Five Video Games We Want to See at E3 2014

Raymond Porreca of Entertainment Buddha writes: "Each month, new games are announced and teased, but all too often the information surrounding them dries up shortly thereafter. Yay another sequal to yet another shooter. I'm more interested in The Division, Persona 5 and Project Beast (yeah it's a sequal-ish game but nobody else makes Dark Soul type of games so the more the merrier)

I'm kinda over E3 - for years I've gotten myself hyped for the show. And each year I'm usual let down.

I'm sick of seeing more on delayed games that won't release the same year.

Each year at E3, most of what is shown is usually not releasing that same year -- and the best of the show is usually 2-3 years off from being finished.

And don't get me started on the misrepresentation of these blockbusters (looking at you Ubisoft) -- "the following footage is not representative of final product" used to mean 'this game will look/run better closer to release' nowadays is marketing jargon for 'don't expect it to look this good'

What I'm most interested in is hearing what each company has to confirm for THIS FALL!
Sunset overdrive being one.

Battlefront 3 all the way. The tease last year was the last bit of news shed on this title, so definitely hoping for a much bigger reveal at E3 2014.

You're both wrong :P The division all the way. I know that Ubi has downgraded the crap out of it though...

Sea of stars while seeming pretty good so far doesn't belong in the top rpg discussion. There's way better ones. I'd tell them to play star ocean 2. One of the best non turn based rpgs ever. It has everything.

And if the list is limited to just turn-based RPGs, I can think of better ones to add to this list. You have the Dragon Quest series, the Trails series…Persona 5 Royale is on the list but why limit it to just that one? P3 and P4 were great as well.

The Legend of Dragoon, Legend of Legaia, or the Shadow Hearts games has decent enjoyable turn based combat system.
