Gary Hartley Writes: Quick history lesson: Momento Mori 2 been kicking around Germany (and was shortly after fan translated into Russian) since 2012, and was critically acclaimed in those regions for the strengths of its presentation. Most of this is well deserved: it’s scored extremely well, exhibits a graphical sheen few of its peers can compete with and is a very bravely constructed tale that walks a line between grizzly murders and attacks against faith. It’s odd then that in the two years its taken to be ported to English that such a shoddy, half-hearted job has been undertaken.
The story begins after the dramatic happenings of Memento Mori 1, Lara and Max now find themselves drawn together. Following their joint victory over the Angel of Death, nothing more ought to stand in the way of their happiness. Life could be so wonderful…

For those who still enjoying poking around the shelves of the oft maligned point and click adventure genre, this curiosity shop, with its frosted glass and seemingly quaint ways, making it an obsolescence to some and an irrelevance to others, would appear to have some interesting trinkets hiding away."
