This game is pure horse sh1t. I wouldn't give it a score above 5/10. And I kinda agree with the related joke about Pac-man. Just play Daylight and you all will see what he meant.

I didn't walk in with high hopes for this game. I just watched TheRadBrad play it and it looks kinda cool tho. Yea I mean entering a bunch of empty rooms might get a little old but the game still appeals to me. What else is there on PS4 anyways right now? I've beat everything.

I'm watching TheRadBrad (he doesn't do face cams) play this. He has the beta version of the game.

When he said the game had "procedural map designs", I thought it would be a blessing, but when the game constantly has you entering and re-entering empty, bland rooms it gets old really fast. It doesn't help that the P.C (playable character) says the same thing over and over again. I'm going to file this game under "cautiously optimistic".

dumbass 1st person concept. Same as Thief. Who the hell approves these terrible projects. After a pitch, then demo was made...these clowns actually held a meeting and voted to move forward and put out this bullshit. Incredible smdh

Such mixed reviews but the ones that give it an 8 or higher give me hope. Even the 7s like Eurogamer and gametrailers are enough for me to try it. Outlast whistleblower DLC should be great though. Even thatgame had bad reviews and I loved it.

Agreed. Can't wait for outlast dlc next week. I'm gonna pick up daylight anyways. Less then $10 and I enjoy horror games. I was excited for both days, after seeing reviews, I'm a little more excited for next week now, but ehh. I'm smash through daylight tonight anyways

It isn't a horrible game. It's just not scary. It was just created by people with no imagination. There were scenes in the game where chairs, i.v. stands, and mattresses moved in an attempt to create a jump scare, but it failed. I mean really failed. They should have made the furniture and items suddenly fly towards the main character it would have had more impact in my opinion. It's like the developers took every cliché from the worst horror movies of 2014 and 2013 and put them into this game. The game isn't scary at all. It does have some "shock" value, but it's definitely no Outlast. Maybe the developer(s) of this game think that Paranormal Activity was scary? LMAO I think all survival horror developers need serious lessons in horror and fear. Some, if not all, of these movies will definitely have you cringing and squirming in your seat: Devil Inside, Grave Encounters, VHS 2, Quarantine, Midnight Meat Train, The Collector, and my favorite, Ritual (2012) Indonesian movie. These movies break the often repeated clichés associated with horror and offer up heavy doses of violence, tension, helplessness, and fear. Before making another horror game, maybe developers need to learn what exactly is scary.

I give it a 6, and only because it was 10 bucks with PS plus.
