Loot Crate: April's Dragon Theme Review | Lead Example

Lead Example write "Some of you may have already heard of Loot Crate, me personally, I just stumbled upon it recently and decided to investigate further. If you’re not familiar with these sorts of things, Loot Crate is a monthly subscription service which sends out a box of gamer related collectibles for a small fee."

Can't wait. First crate. So excited. Told myself I wouldn't look until I got it. Ashamed. :(

I have seen a youtuber called ashens review a few of these they seem cool but they are a bit hit and miss.

Got my first crate surprisingly on Saturday, to be honest at first I thought the box would be slightly bigger. I also thought there would be more cooler stuff too but I think I over thought about what would be in there so I was kind of dissapointed...I am okay though with it now, just wondering what next month will be.

If you look back through the previous crates, they do seem a little hit or miss. With this crate, the guys mentioned that both figured are valued around $20 each. But I'm sure you can get the mini cheaper, though the Dragonborn is exclusive to this crate.

I'm quite happy with the overall crate for this being my first one. The $20 including $6 shipping isn't bad. There's quite a few of these mystery box services out there that charge far more and give you far less.

The biggest problem with these crates are down to ruining the surprise for yourself. If you happen to look online and find out what's inside before you open it, some of the fun is sucked out of what you get.

This will be my sixth Crate. Have gotten some great stuff in past ones. As you say, some of them are a bit hit and miss. Still, it is nice thing to have.

I was really happy with the last 2 or 3 months, until last month's.

It was a Titanfall theme. What a waste of money. I frigging HATE Titanfall.

This one looks more my taste.
