GameZone reports: "Indie-publisher Gamecock Media Group announced today that Firefly Studios' 'Stronghold Crusader Extreme' has gone gold. That means fans of the series have less than a week wait before they can get their hands on all new Stronghold gameplay, now, more extreme than ever."
This is the first in a new series of articles I’ll be writing, which I’m calling the GOG spotlight. It will highlight some of the many “Good Old Games” available for purchase on GOG.com. I’ll be starting with Stronghold Crusader. Because of the way Stronghold Crusader is distributed here, I’ll be splitting up the spotlight into a couple of sections. This spotlight will be divided in two between Stronghold Crusader HD and Stronghold Crusader Extreme HD.
2K Games announced today that they will soon be releasing a bundle of five games from the PC real-time strategy series Stronghold. The Stronghold Collection will be released in North America on October 27th.
Only the first part and its expansion was worth playing.
