"“Sony actually approached us about putting the game on their platforms, so obviously they’ve been super co-operative and accommodating. Shahid [Ahmad] over at Sony is doing some great work getting indies involved, and it’s something we’re really happy to be a part of.”

Looks like Sony was very pro-active prior to launch. I would not be surprised if they retain an indie lead throughout this generation even though Microsoft is trying to cater more to the Indie scene.

I appreciate that they continue to stand behind this directive. It's great to have the option of indie titles on consoles. Microsoft will be a bit slower through the gate and have less options, but options nonetheless.

This is a big catch.

Now, I am just waiting to see which console wants to win the most. B/c whichever one it is will either make a kick a$$ MOBA or get one. I can SOE making one.

Or I can see MS paying Riot a ton to get League on an xbone. If u wanna sell consolea and be esports legit again...get a MOBA. Its inevitable now that MMOs are coming. And its probably the most addictive game genre ever created.

I don't know, I can't see MOBAs working very well on console at all. Mouse and keyboard is the only way they could really be played imo.

Overall, Terraria was an impressive game.
