This gameplayer article explores the potential of the upcoming Wii exclusive game engine Quantum 3 with quotes from the developer and some info about the first game that is using it, The Conduit.
"If this graphical borax doesn't mean much to you, we'll break it down in layman's terms: they could well be able to create environments an objects that are on par with graphics seen on some first generation Xbox 360 games – and all of it will run at a baby smooth 30 fps (which High Voltage plans to bump up to a full 60fps)."
There’s a consensus about Splatoon 1 that cannot be disputed: motion controls are the way to play. The Wii U Gamepad had its many problems on the system as a whole, but along with the way in which the touch screen was implemented in the first game like I mentioned in my last piece, using the Gamepad’s gyroscope was deemed a superior way to play compared to traditional joystick control.
Rustyshell.com: The Conduit strived to be the quality FPS experience Wii owners were missing out on, with quality graphics and a robust online multiplayer component.
Hardcore Gamer: The Conduit was an interesting first-person shooter that sneaked its way onto the Wii amid a deluge of shovelware and "family" games.
anything, even the wii could reach wii60 graphics but it could never hit pswii graphics ;P
Like perfect dark zero graphic???
Good for Wii but not comparable to 360 or ps3
"they could well be able to create environments an objects that are on par with graphics seen on some first generation Xbox 360 games"

I would love to believe this is true... but I can't see it happening.
Although PGR3 looked terrible, so what is the bar they are looking at reaching. Will watch this game closely all the same.
