After the steep learning curve...MGO was a VERY nice game.

I can't wait to see it polished and pretty for retail, cuz the beta had a few minor snags that needed to be ironed out.

But all in all, I was satisfied and June 12th can't come fast enough.

Totally agree. Only way I can see people hating MGO is if they aint patient with the learning curve of the gameplay. I remember when I first jumped in, I was kind of clueless because even in the training I didnt know what the heck I was doing, lol. So I jumped str8 into the battlefield and I was getting owned bad, so I went back to the practise area again learned how to equip my accessory's so I can change them real fast in certain situations for example like when im sniping and some1 comes out the corner and tries to flank u with close quarters I had it set where I just tapped on R2 and it would switch to stun knife for close quarters combat. Once u get the learning curve of the game, MGO is as fun as any game out there online. Me personally likes to sneak aroumnd slowly carrying a pistol and dirty magazines and a stun knife. I just love playing MGO stealthy as like I would do if I was on a real warzone. The game is very addicting and tons of fun once u get around the gameplay mechanism's. I sure miss playing the game so much and cant wait to jump back in after I have beaten the game a few times, MGS4 is just going to be awesome. :)

thats the good thing about MGO that kind of sets it apart...

you can choose to be what EVER type of player you want and still succeed. there are so many levels of depth to the character skill customization that no 2 players should be the same, possess the same skills or even play the same, yet the games somehow manages to stay balanced.

I think if more people are willing to give MGO a chance, they'd be dying to play it...like COD4 was. It looks like its longevity will outlast COD4 because IMO, cod4 is already boring. I've played it until I can't play anymore. You can only hit prestige so many times before you're bored. With MGO, you can just customize another skill and upgrade it to perfection.

Totally agree, and ive told people this on another forum about MGO being better then call of duty 4, because of just what u stated on your reply to me. And this is why I love about MGO is because it is very well balanced. Heck the sniper on MGO is way better then call of duty 4 sniper. MGO in my opinion is superior to call of duty 4 because of just what u said, its well balanced and the accessory's u equip to try an level up is tons better then the sorry perks on call of duty 4 because MGO actually makes u work for those skills. And I hated the perk on call of duty, "Last Stand" that is the reason I stopped playing it online because that was such a cheap perk. I mean I understand if u shot him on the body and he fell down and used it but, id shoot people right in the head and he would still fall down with the perk, "Last Stand" and kill me, and if sometimes u wouldnt even get the kill because some1 else on your team would steal that kill. Anyways I cant wait to get back into MGO, should be tons of fun especially since there will be the other levels we didnt get to play in, its going to be awesome. :)

One of the things I reported in the beta which is also evident in the video, was to increase the bounding box for the collision detection for the items. As you can see some players were spinning around in circles trying to pick up the items, before actually picking them up or getting shot and killed. Hopefully that gets fixed.

And too many ppl in the beta seemed not to notice that it was, in fact, just a beta and it's for testing the game out! Not for acting like a M4 whore and just killing as many ppl as you can to show off.

1. Weren't in the beta.
2. Were in the beta, but just got pwned the entire time!!!
3. Expected this to play like COD4, GOW, or Halo. :/
