Rumor: Silent Hill Otherworld in 2015?

Began circulating a picture over the internet, which can see below, a hypothetical new game in the saga Silent Hill , called "Silent Hill Otherworld" (name of "alternative" Silent Hill dimension). This states that the game is being produced for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, which will be launched on September 26, 2015.

Is it bad that when a new Silent Hill game is announced rather than be excited, I'm dreading how they're going to ruin the series even more :(
