Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising is another game released by KISS and like its predecessors is anything but recent. I can not really understand why so many old games are appearing on Steam at the hands of this publisher, but at least Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising, unlike the two we looked at earlier Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising at least had some quality at launch orignal. Doubt is thus another, if this game is still relevant a decade later and the answer is, not really.
Before we truly get into the meat of this article there’s something which needs to be commented upon: Someone on the development team was obviously a fanboy of British sci-fi. It’s either that or they had one of the best casting teams ever attached to a project.
Resolution writes: "A lot is said about the inclusiveness of games, about so-called watercooler moments, but some games are so good, are such lost classics, that it's almost tempting to jealously guard their existence from the outside world. Some, though, are so good that that's just impossible to do, and so we find ourselves reminding the outside world of their existence, through gritted teeth.
Hostile Waters is one such game."
