As the Halo series continues on its path, I look over what made the first two games stand out to me. With many hours spent just having fun, I wanted to explore why I could spend so much more time on the older games compared to the later iteration.

Never got into Halo much past the first game. I read 'Fall of Reach' though, which was surprisingly well written.
I miss the days when Halo was in its prime
Halo 2's glitch box has never been quite matched, even more glitches than Halo 1 I think. The Phantom dropping into the bottom of Threshold (storm) physically broke whatever control to laugh I had.
Not really a glitch but I remember trying to get something called a scarab gun for hours.
