What I'd Love See From A Next-Gen Warriors Title

Mike from Awesome Games writes: 'I am, and always have been, a huge fan of Tecmo Koei’s Warriors franchise. But I think it’s time to say that I’m sick of developer Omega Force’s “If it aint’ broke…” attitude towards what is one of my all-time favourite video game series. Because, although I’m still enjoying them, I am losing interest slightly with each sequel – and that saddens me. Therefore, I would like to make some suggestions as to how I think a next-gen warriors title could greatly improve upon Tecmo Koei’s current offerings. DW9 came out a few years ago and was not met with kindness. You mean 10. DW6 was not a good direction at all but DW6Empires was alright by me.

What i remember from DW6 was alot of characters who had unique weapons in the previous games ended up with either a spear, sword or bow. Some that come to mind was the guy with the claw like Vega from street fighter, the guy with tonfas, the guy with the samurai sword and the chick with the bladed rings, all cool weapons changed to generic sword, bow or spear.

The spinoff strikeforce was pretty cool.

Looking back at 10 years of... Dynasty Warriors 6

Carlos writes "So, we’re back once more with the next entry in TheXboxHub’s ‘Looking back at’ series as we take a gander at another title celebrating an anniversary - Dynasty Warriors 6, which celebrates it’s 10-year birthday this week. It may not be the first entry in the series, but as a long-standing series that has had a longer lifespan than even Xbox itself, Dynasty Warriors 6 is certainly no bad place to start."
