8CN: Sometimes a video game commercial can be pretty straightforward. Some footage from the game, a quick one-liner from the protagonist, and a title with optional release date. Sometimes, though, companies decide to do something different. Sometimes they decide to do something... really weird.
VGChartz's Evan Norris: "Is Ocarina of Time as legendary as I remembered it? For the most part, yes. In spite of a handful of missteps — a few obtuse puzzles, some tedious backtracking, and a clunky stealth sequence — I don't believe the last 23 years have been unkind to it. Ocarina remains a brilliant example of the medium, a landmark game that shaped the future of its own franchise and 3D gaming in general. After more than two decades it retains its inventive dungeon design, challenging puzzles, dynamic combat, wistful storyline, unforgettable music, and empowering open-air freedom. I feel confident calling it one of the greatest games of the fifth generation, even if I'm no longer prepared to list it among the five best games ever made."
Pure unadulterated fun. They don't make them like this anymore...especially not the triple A industry.

Tomorrow we fight together! I can´t wait!
I love KI (still play the old arcade version) but feel like the Xbox version is like a big intimidating chessboard with no easy way to instruct you to play chess.
The game is so deep in terms of little things to do that it makes Smash Bros melee look like a casual experience.
Honestly, doing a combo Breaker is punish/reward by itself but hey you can add a counterbreaker.
Here's what you also need to know
Breaking Shadow-linker
Instincts
Shadow counter
Auto double,
linker, manual
ender
etc,
Iron Galaxy is celebrating the 10th anniversary of Killer Instinct by launching a new Anniversary Edition for Xbox and PC and an extensive patch several years after the latest update.
There isn't going to be any chance of this being played at tournaments unless it appears on all platforms like all fighting games.
The baby and the splice one were weird as hell, was it released in japan first though? Kus that shit is normal over there
some of those are just horrible, i love it. gotta love the pole position, so funny how they show this insane action then they show the gameplay...amazes me that years ago that was cutting edge. we've come quite far my friends. and that ps3 baby is gonna haunt my dreams
wtf? i remember seeing the super smash 64 commercial when i was a kid and laughing my ass off. wouldnt call it weird by any means. actually pretty genius if you think about it.
the early ps3 commercials and that ps2 alien girl commercial were really, really weird but i absolutely loved everything about them. not sure how well abstract art and scare tactics sell consoles, but they were just so interesting.
seriously, a list of the weirdest game commercials and you don't mention David Lynch's third place PS2 ad?
you mention Lynch but not his ad?
for shame.
just watch it and try and tell me this doesn't deserve the number one spot.
