One of the best Dragon Ball games ever made, and in a lot of people's eyes it is the best. It's in my top 5 that's for sure.
Completely agree and my favorite thing about it was with Story Mode and Dragon Arena, you could change the stats of your characters with the RPG like level up system, to make fighters the power level they should have been. :D
Great game, and I have Budokai HD Collection just for Budokai 3 (although I wish 2 was in there).
If they remake this game for ps4 w next gen graphics i will gladly pay 60 dollars

Loved this game!
I still play this game and my only complaint about it was the few missing characters such as baby, super 17, pikon and the what if characters from budokai 2 like tiencha, gokyule and buu's various absorptions etc.
