You don't get it ... Sony supports their systems with 1st and 2nd party games so anything else they do is a bonus.

Microsoft instead tries to make third party multiplaform games appear to be the main reason to get their system by doing stuff like this. So basically while CoD Ghost is on PS4 (and a superior version might I add)... you need our version to qualify for this tournament or to play the same DLC maps 1 month earlier.

Where are the 1st and 2nd party Microsoft games? Where are the REAL TRUE exclusive reasons to support your consoles?

Oh ... that money was spent on advertising CoD Ghost as if it were an exclusive game to fool the masses.

Microsoft has been big into MLG. since the first Xbox it's been the place for console FPS casual and competitive. It's just the priorities each manufacturer set. Sony has a bigger focus on JRPG'S. True, but talent pool is way deeper. Not trying to be offensive at all(seriously) playstation has variety so the pool gets split over quality Games that are not shooters. Look at your xbox friends, mine are either cod, battlefield, or halo. The xbox community eats shooters for every meal. Very rare i see someone playing a different genre. Look at their achievements you'll see the track record.

Just accept it! Microsoft has paid whoever they have to and sponsored stuff like this for a long time now (with various multiplat games). Its all due to the fact that their Online is better for multiplayer matches. Who cares which game has better graphics more/less pixels or has darker colors...etc. The fact is that Microsoft owns the Online community and thats why they are always the console of choice for these tournaments and XBOX Live is far better than PSN. Maybe in 2-3 years we can talk about PSN being better... but for now anyone will find whatever excuse they can to think and believe that sony's online experience is better.

On topic, as a former Xbox guy, he is completely right. MS completely dropped the ball last gen on exclusive games. They appear content and poised to do the exact same thing with the XB1. Would make more sense to me.
