While 2014 looks like it's going to be a great year for gaming, it will also bring its fair share of disappointment. Some games will turn out far worse than advertised and some will arrive much later than expected.
Zenimax Online Studios, the developer behind The Elder Scrolls Online, is currently working on a brand new engine for a multiplatform title.
"It’s really special to be at the ten year anniversary."
Wccftech checked out the new Scribing system coming to Elder Scrolls Online with Gold Road and interviewed Creative Director Rich Lambert.
Destiny is not getting delayed again. The moon trailer stated that Bungie was aiming for a spring 2014 launch. The end result was that the game was pushed back when they announced a September release date. Bungie's explanation for the date also hints that they asked Activision for a delay. Bungie's pedigree and their deal with the publisher probably grants them any kind of time they need to polish the game.
It's great news that Activision does not own the Destiny IP, though they probably tried to weave that into the contract.
Nothing really good here.
Yeah, I don't see 'Destiny' being delayed (again) Activision will release that in September, come hell or high water.
I can see 'The Division' being delayed though (someone on NeoGAF mentioned it had been delayed until late Sept/Oct 2015), what with 'Watchdogs' coming this fall.
Stick of Truth doesn't look that graphically demanding of a game. It almost could be a flash game. So Im not sure the delay. Maybe Matt and Trey are waiting until the night before release before finishing the game? They do the same with their TV episodes.
Oh my! You forgot the most obvious delay: The Last Guardian. *sigh*
