This is probably one of the most misguided things I have ever seen. Gaming has absolutely nothing to do with violence perpetrated on innocent victims by people who are mentally ill. If you want to do something truly good how about you donate or raise money for Claire Davis and her family instead of deciding not to play certain video games. SMH.

So, after watching this video, I can say that I am going to participate. I was hesitant, without the background information, to do so. BUT, I will say that this is a simple gesture to commemorate the loss of those that we have seen, known, or even DON'T know who have lost lives from senseless gun violence. To me, I will use it as a totally PERSONAL gesture...much like it seems to be for you. I fully understand that this is NOT an admission of guilt of the industry OR some sort of guilt about what the media attempts to put upon gamers in general.
In the end, your point "Gamers have control of THEIR world...to create a ceasefire...to create the idea of peace." That is profound and should be the driving point of this movement.
