Bethesda Softworks has announced the release date for The Elder Scrolls Online, the highly anticipated MMO that will be the first to grace next generation consoles. The studio revealed this information to Examiner saying, "We’re pleased to announce The Elder Scrolls Online, the latest chapter of the award-winning franchise that brings the legendary experience online for the first time, will be launching worldwide for PC and Mac on April 4, 2014 (4.4.14)."
Zenimax Online Studios, the developer behind The Elder Scrolls Online, is currently working on a brand new engine for a multiplatform title.
"It’s really special to be at the ten year anniversary."
Wccftech checked out the new Scribing system coming to Elder Scrolls Online with Gold Road and interviewed Creative Director Rich Lambert.
Really hope they announce new pricing also, no way this thing gets off the ground in a good way, with a retail price and a subscription price. To me it should sell retail price and be free 2 play OR be a free digital download with a subscription not both...unless they are going to charge retail the first year and then grace us with the privilege of F2P
Sweet, maybe by June the $15 a month pricing model will have caused the PC version to bomb and console owners will get it without a monthly subscription.
skippin on this love skyrim hate sub fee
The character models.... The Character progression video look so much better than this.....
