World Premiere: Too Human Combat by X-Play

True 720p,4x Anti Aliasing and still able to display 50 to 70 enemies on screen at once while maintaining as of now a very solid frame rate.Can't wait

This game is all of the sudden looking really freaking amazing and I'm talking about top notch epic! For me this is now a must have and such a total surprise because I was afraid it wouldn't live up to the hype! Now I see where there going with too human and hope to here of about a release date soon!

Gamestop has Too Human for a October release and even though I'm not a 360 gamer, I honestly don't know what to think of this game. The gameplay kind of reminds me of Devil May Cry 4 but that's about it really.

Considering the types of games that are usually popular on the Xbox 360 (shooters) I'm interested to see how this game will be received.

They used to be good with that Gamecube Resident, lovercraft game but this just looks like anothery wannabe...

This game may seem like a God of War, DMC copy but its features are spectacular. There are Thousands of Weapons (Yes) and Millions of items, and many more. Plus 4 player coop. You're still thinking a DMC copy?

May be fun for a little bit, but the combat was looking old even in just that video. If they have all these moves and stuff use them, they were not in the video.

It looks like they're nailing the animation issues and had a good cut of some great combat. I'm definitely anticipating this more now. The combat dynamics will make the pawns easy to dispatch but when you come across a crowd it'll crescendo quickly as you zip about the screen handing out some pwnage before bursting into a ruiner.

Can't wait for the 4p coop over live, with persistant characters and the combination of different character styles compensated with reactive levels of enemy difficulty...

... the levels of customisation will put mass effect and oblivion to shame.

This could certainly shape up to be a classic game. It looks like the analogue stick combat system will really work, and its looking technically strong.
I understand the points raised here about 'repetitive combat', but it needs to be stressed, that the original intent of this game is an RPG in nature, not a combat action adventure, and in that light, a little repetition in combat is welcome to me. Indeed, for an RPG, the combat looks exceptional, and certainly better than most of its RPG style counterparts.

Like many of you, I'm looking forward to release date when we can finally play this long anticipated title!

THAT's IT, I'M GETTING THIS GAME. It is now officially, on the Must Own list.

For some saying this is a Straight Clone of certain games that carry some of the same functions within genre in it's class. It's no biggie most games in certain Genre share some qualities.(I can name plenty) But this game is also doing some other things different.

I just want it to run well "technical-wise". Since there will be lots of action on the screens. If it does, were good to go. Add me to your XBL buddy list.

I am pretty hopeful for this game. It has really improved over the past few months. The animation system is the only concern I have as of now. Hopefully they will fix it. The game looks great and the action looks top notch. So lets hope for the best. I heard the game was due in Aug.

Either way, the game's looking interesting. Animations are horrible though and the graphics a mixed bag.

Furthermore, to the people saying this is an RPG: How much of an RPG is it really?
-Is there a non-linear mission-structure?
-Are there optional/side missions?
-Can you walk up to any NPC in the world and communicate with them?
-Can you move around freely within the gameworld?

So far, the only thing I've seen that this game "borrowes" from an RPG is the skill-tree and perhaps customization and that's it. To me, this seems more like an action/adventure game.

For some reason people seem to think Western RPG standards revolve around open worlds now, I'm actually glad to see some pure action rpg comming out, This and Fable will be awesome.......

To me that qualifies as action/adventure, not RPG. And it's not JUST about open worlds, for example, I consider Fable a proper RPG. But that has to do with it's gameplay. There's so much you can do, in terms of NPC interaction, properties, mini-games, side-missions etc.

In Too Human I don't see this kind of depth, I see an action/adventure game with some RPG influences. And if Too Human is considered an RPG you could almost call Ninja Gaiden an RPG as there are several RPG elements Ninja gaiden consists of as well.

I almost threw up! This game should be a arcade download at least! How is this game gonna change my life & how am i suppossed to be impressed with this? Ive played this type of game so many times.

OMG The finisher move was a Dante special move! Lift them in the air - hit them in the air. This is really xplays big ones? it should have stood under the radar. I cant understand why anyone would be excited to play this game again & again for 30 years weve had games like this! if you never played the hundreds of games exactly like this-I guess but C'mon years of development to put out a recycled formula & a twist in tweaking your abilities. Im sorry but from the style to the gameplay I hate this game for everything it stands for!

Im calling on a console war TRUCE... at least until the next big game comes out. Too human is obviously not Big but if you really like it? Buy it & i'll bet you, its a waste of time & Money.

Too Human looks better every time I see more of it. I really hope the game comes soon and plays really well. Because I for one am looking forward to this game.
