Total Gamer Zone: "Oh I've been waiting for this one. Those of you who know me on the forums know that I've been nothing short of evangelical when it comes to Snatcher, and it seems the cult following of this adventure classic is just like me. I'm sure the reason I played it is because some Snatcher fanboy started raving about how it's the best game ever, or how it's the only game worth playing on SegaCD (which is NOT true!) but truly every word of praise you've heard about Snatcher is true. Available on a bunch of Japanese consoles and computers no one cares about, and later ported to PSX and Saturn in Japan (also ports no one cares about), the version of Snatcher I'll be reviewing is the damn-near perfect SegaCD version."

I loved this game. Wow.
Snatcher is one of the Hideo Kojima's unknown masterpieces. The ties in between this and Metal Gear are intriguing. What people do not know is that Elijah Modnar's father, Dr. Pettrovich Modnar made the first Metal Gear. When Big Boss was revitalized in Metal Gear 2, he himself was a Snatcher droid.
If Kojima would have continued the Snatcher storyline, Dark Sniper would probably have been a bigger fan of this than he is of Metal Gear.
