PlayStation 4 review: Sony scores a direct hit in latest console war

If the PlayStation 4 is any indication of the quality of the next generation of gaming, then it was worth the wait after all. The box itself is a thing of beauty. Video game consoles are traditionally more utilitarian than they are attractive, but the angular design of the PS4 might actually earn it a visible spot in your entertainment center this time around and it’s a far cry from the bulky monstrosity that was the PS3.

Sony is using all of their top guns in these days of thunder. Console wars are risky business, and mostly mission impossible. Microsoft vs Sony is really a war of the worlds.

Cerny is one of the few good men to bring Sony out of oblivion. When it comes to intelligence, this guy makes it rain man! He will be legend as he has all the right moves.

Sony will keep him on for years to come if they enjoy seeing the color of money.

Nintendo is trying hard but in reality they are the last samurai. Right now the WiiU sales are minority report, but these figures can come back as it always has like a true solid rock of ages.

Hopefully, "Nintedon't" keep their eyes wide shut.

Microsoft policy changes are like knight and day.

The number of competitors has nothing to do with the level of an achievement, and since tech is always advancing there will always be a higher bar being set, but that doesn't lessen the importance of each milestone.

If I can understand your logic at all, which to me doesn't seem very logical. Somehow you think nothing should be claimed as the fastest? Simply because one day there will be something faster? Still really makes no sense as we don't live in the future, we live in the present and presently the PS4 is the fastest console.

Im going to assume youre an adult and have seen many generations of gaming. To realize that consoles have been around since the 70s so since the 1st console release. Non of them in that past 30.years, have sold faster units in a short amount of time, than the ps4. How is that not something to make note of?
