ChipLoco: Intel has yet to make an impact on the mobile CPU market which is dominated by ARM at the moment. Though ARM is the leading market share holder in the mobile CPU market but the future looks competitive with Intel’s Bay Trail-T and Cherry Trail SoCs. Bay Trail-T performance has already been leaked and it crushes every other SoC in the market including NVIDIA Tegra 4 and Qualcomm Snapdragon 800. Further good news for Intel is that its Cherry Trail SoC will be based on the same Bay Trail architecture but with increased performance, improved battery life and better API support.

I'm really debating if I should upgrade when this comes out. I have an i5-9600k now, but it is really not keeping up with the games I want to play since everything seems to be CPU limited now. But it sounds like this is the last gen of this layout and 15th gen will shake things up. Do I jump in and upgrade when this is out or wait another generation?
