They do hate 360 in France don't they. 2nd biggest game market in Europe after the UK. 360 got try lot harder in europe.

If you see the UK charts last week there is just one PS3 game(non intendo) --GT5P at no2 on the top 10 chart

all other 9 numbers are of NIntendo's consoles /handhelds

In europe Wii and PS3 are having a very tough fight.

we will see what happens between wii and PS3 when GTA4 is launched there.

FF13 might secure Europe for PS3 when it is launched there. It is the most anticipated game in europe with 67% of the gamers wanting it in a poll conducted by Media Control (GFK)

360 has a chance in the UK but with GTA4 around the corner sales for both platforms will explode but as predicted more hardware sales for PS3 in UK. Its going to be even worse in the rest of EU.

@Relcom : I am sure a very small part of the gaming audience outside of the States are not buying the x360 for their hate of the current US administration but i believe the main reason why people are not buying the x360 outside of the US is the perception of value. To customers outside of the US. The PS3 is the better value. Its really is that simple. With the PS3, not only its reliable, it can play blu ray, standard HD, Wifi and last but not least. The PS3 will get the exclusive games they love on the PS2.Moinjers is right. We could easily turn it around.

It's sad how there's so much hatred towards the 360 and it's still kicking everyones azz in software sales! I understand these are the slow months but after E3 I expect 360 to regain it's image across the globe for reliability and as the software leader!

NOT to forget that X360 was launched a YEAR before PS3/WII

With superior GTA4 on PS3's side the SW sales scenario in USA will also change

Yes PS3 games don' sell well in US, but more then make up for it in PAL regions and Japan to certain extent, where interestingly, publisher get more money from these regions (Weak Dollar)

Yes I know there's world outside of the US but you need to understand that there is also some world other then Europe and Japan! I dont care if the PS3 is kicking its azz in Europe because this is the slow season and thats not kicking azz but more like trying to get what you can before the busy season! Sammy good luck on your quest to try and prove a point but after E3 I think a different picture will be up! I happen to like the PS3 but I dont see it as a better gaming device! IGN gave the same score to the PS3 and 360 version of GTA so quit already with your superior crap!

lol what makes you so sure they will regain their image at E3. 360 dominance thrived on ps3 weakness. All they did was do everything better than sony. They had more games, better online e.t.c. Slowly their advantages are slipping away. There is still a lot of love for the 360.

And what makes you think they won't? This is the slow part of the year and with that extra year or two head start I"m sure MS has the rest of this year and so on kind of planned out! All Sony needs to do is make a mistake and from the look of things they will start to push games back that are very important for 2008! E3 may or may not regain there image but honestly there image is fine in the eye's of many other then fanboys on this site!

Well to each his own. But like it or not less pop up on ps3, better loading times, better frame rate and better Anti aliasing. 360 has better colors. We still haven't seen how vast the differences are but egm has admitted it, planetgta said it and ign has said it. The differences may be very little but they are there.

Bottom line though is you get to choose which version you want. You can choose the lower quality version with DLC or the higher quality version without DLC.

Sony and nintendo have as good a chance of shinning at E3 as Microsoft. Believing they will magically out do their opponents without any facts is just wishful thinking. Sony is stock full of games for the yr even if some of their titles slip. All they have to do is keep resistance and little big planet on track. Motorstorm will make it thru as will socom and a bunch of others some will slip but it won't take away from the strength of E3 and it will only strengthen their 09 line up

the only game i see that might get pushed back is possibly killzone 2. I think every other game is a lock to come out this year. Didn't square say that ff13 will be release at the end of the year, and that versus is getting release next year?

Some of you baffled why the 360 does so poorly in these regions.First reason is they probably researched and found out the 360 has a very poor failure rate. Any smart consumer would stay away from any product that's that bad for failures.Would any of you buy a 52" LCD that has over a 30% failure rate? I doubt it.
The only place where you can keep selling hardware that bad is in it's own country and that the USA.

i really dont know y we europeians dont like the 360 that much, i got a ps3 and not a 360 but i was expecting most of my friends in collage to get a 360 and only one person did while others went 4 ps3 even with the £300 price tag compared to £150 for a 360, its really strange, i guess we just love qualtiy hard ware and blue ray movies, 360 needs to do something quick before it gets kicked out of the europian market.!!!!!
