I remembered a big DISASTER at MK Vs DC without Fatalities... So no.. I ll not forget about Fatalities..

Tal169362d ago

yeah that one i like to forget about. No gore either. Although the first Mk didn't have blood... you needed to turn on 'Blood mode'

adamwparker362d ago

What? Mortal Kombat's initial appeal WAS blood. Outside of red impact pixels, Street Fighter didn't have it. Fatal Fury didn't have it. Pit Fighter didn't have it.
You roll up to a machine of Mortal Kombat at your local arcade or bowling alley and you are there to watch people uppercut blood onto the floor and bodies onto spikes, lol.

You didn't need a code. You only needed a quarter.

It was only the Nintendo releases that didn't have blood. I think you're only referring to the Genesis on the blood code?
