Painkiller is a First Person Shooter title center around Daniel Garner who is given the task to collect souls by the Grim Reaper to save his girlfriend Sarah from the depths of hell. The game has the same feel of classic shooters from the era (think Unreal Tournament, Doom, Quake etc) but stands out due to the hellish setting. Dan has a killer arsenal of weapons ranging from shotguns, rifles, saw-launchers and more. The weapons also have alternate firing modes that aid you dispatching the enemies that are out to kill you."
Painkiller: Hell & Damnation launched 10 years ago today, and offered a hell of a good time for chaotic FPS fans.
There is currently a reprint circulating around the market. I've only seen on ebay. They claim it's legit. But I've never seen a reprint that cost more than the original so I don't know how true that is.
