PS4 pre-orders sold out for 2013 in France

Websites Micromania and Fnac warn players that all PlayStation 4 have been sold for this season. Pre-orders are still open , but the machines ordered after October 1 will be delivered at the end of January 2013. [Certainly a typo, must be January 2014]

In September , Jack Tretton , the boss of Sony America wanted to be reassuring , indicating that the machines were kept in stock to meet demand, especially among players who have not pre-ordered their consoles. It is therefore possible that the shops are still supplied on the day, on November 29 in France .

For its part, the Xbox One suffers no similar problem and it seems possible to get the console without much difficulty on launch day, set for November 22.

Pre-orders for France have run out, but Jack definitely said they were holding some back for day one retail.

Now whether that was for the US specifically or for every region, only time will tell.

PS1 = The Prince who dethroned King Nintendo and brought forth a second golden age.

PS2 = Successor to the old King. Both continued a benevolent reign while defining it's own rule.

PS3 = The failed second successor. Beginning a rule in arrogance that fouls subjects and further humbled by a Pretender, this crippled King suffers a broken reign struggling to recover.

Ps4 won this generation, no doubt. Only halo fanboys (like myself) will ever buy an Xbox one. It's too bad I'll have to wait a couple years before I get my ps4. At least ill have media molecules new game when I buy the system.

Like I mentioned before I don't like 343 "multiplayer" Halo vision. Since Bungie is back with Destiny and it's coming out for PS4, I'm going to roll with that one instead of 343 industries next halo outing.

Sooooooo glad I preordered mine day after E3. I'm usually an early adopter, anyway, but something just told me to get right on it. Now, I will be sitting in my apartment on Nov 15 unboxing my new ps4, savoring that new gadget smell and setting it up in my media center. Then, I will turn it on, put on my Sony Pulse headsets and start navigating the new OS. Playing in the settings, ooo and ahhhing at the new features. Then its time to sign in. That will fail harder than gtv online with half of NA trying to do the same thing. So that means its time for SP ACBF...
