Diehard GameFAN: Rune Factory 4 Review

DHGF: Rune Factory 4 is a cute addition to the Rune Factory franchise, though despite its polish in some aspects–namely character design, localization, music, and romance–it does leave something to be desired in terms of some of the visual aspects and gameplay. You’ll likely find yourself unable to put the game down because you’ll get hooked on completing requests, talking to people, and participating in festivals, but it’s not likely you’ll be swept away by the complexity of the plot. Fans of Rune Factory should definitely pick up the game and those who are new to the series might be surprised at how much fun they have.
