Never buy or invest in a kickstarter only about 2% have actually made it to launch the rest have failed. There a giant waste of cash.. Most of the time they get 10X more cash than they asked for and still ask for more as there just greedy indie devs. Not always though but most of the time.

If a kickstarter is unsuccessful then you dont get charged at all. You lose no money.

You only get charged when the kickstarter is successful.

It's actually already made the first stretch goal counting what they've made on PayPal (WayForward announced it themselves). I'm thinking we'll see the second and possibly even the third stretch goal made as well.
