NaturalMotion today released some new screenshots of Backbreaker, the first football game to feature non-canned, fully interactive tackles. Using the euphoria engine (also found in the upcoming Grand Theft Auto IV and Star Wars: Force Unleashed games), Backbreaker features on-the-field football action with tackles that are different every time.
The game is set to be released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
With Football season upon us, TechRaptors Robert Grosso tackles one of the best alternatives to Madden from last generation, Backbreaker.
Michael, Ray, and the best of the worst for the week of October 14th!
There are many sports franchises that are fantastic editions to the world of gaming, deserving both as an edition to their respective gaming field and to video gaming at large. Other franchises, however, have seen their time. It’s time for these franchises to go the way of the dinosaur before they get even worse than they already are.
Should be dissolved too. The yearly additions are essentially the same except for rosters, schedules, and new stadiums.
I would go as far as to say that most of these games are actually worse than the previous iteration.
