Check Out 40 Minutes of Killer is Dead’s Gameplay, Showing The First Three Chapters

Killer is Dead didn’t do too well sales-wise in its debut week in Japan, but Goichi Suda’s games seem to pretty much always click better with the western audience than with gamers at home.

If you want to give the game an extensive look before it gets released in the United States on August the 27th (and in Europe on August the 30th) now you can check out a whole 40 minutes of gameplay.

They could make cuter, bigger breasts characters, that would make the sales in Japan better.

hmmm...I guess they really wanted to make them like the "bond" girls like they promised.

It looks mental, first ive seen of this game, I like what i'm seeing

JonahNL3918d ago

I honestly only clicked on this because of the boobs.

Yehshuah3918d ago

because you been playing games so long you never had real sex

Detoxx3917d ago

That makes no freakin sense. Wouldn't surprise me if you've never had "real sex" before.

CrossingEden3918d ago (Edited 3918d ago )

This game not selling well is no surprise, because it's a typical Suda 51 game, all STYLE, and very little if any SUBSTANCE with typical "quirky" characters.
EDIT
I still get replies from the same people who I put on ignore a while ago. -_- STILL

FantasyStar3918d ago

Yup, I don't know how people could've played Lollipop Chainsaw and liked it in its entirety. I felt miserable playing that game, then Shadows of the Damned. Suda51 games IMO would make great OVAs/movies.

Abriael3918d ago

because you played it and know, right?

Or not.

Brucis3918d ago

What are you talking about, Suda51 games are fun and the characters are quirky, not 'quirky'.

Bimkoblerutso3918d ago (Edited 3918d ago )

I kinda agree with you. I like the style, but I never really like the actual game portions.

And to tell the truth, after seeing this video, with the guy clumsily swinging at nothing and falling off stairs and the camera swirling around like a crackhead is behind the lens...I don't think this one is going to be much different.

Peerless?

I’ve always heard his games have repetitive portions. I appreciate unique and creative games, but repetition dilutes even the greatest games (ie Arkham Asylum).

Shadows of the damned was pretty wild. That and lollipop chainsaw are the only ones ive played but I’d give it to SoTD.

Yui_Suzumiya654d ago

Shadows of the Damned and Lollipop Chainsaw are my favorites

He should. Although I'd like to see something new from him. Or how about Shadows of the Damned 2?

Abriael1439d ago

Well, he is making No More Heroes 3.
