Some very pretty new shots on Watch Impress of Sega's Europe-bound, PS3-only JRPG, Valkyria Chronicle. Known as Valkyria of the Battlefield: Gallian Chronicles in Japan, the game will hit both Europe and the US this autumn following an April 24 launch in the East.

While the Valkyria Chronicles franchise has been somewhat dormant for four years, it certainly hasn't been forgotten.
Sega is great for relegating its characters to cameos in other games. Heaven forbid they announced Valkyria Chronicles 5 or remaster VC 2 & 3.
PS3 does have quite a few RPG's coming this year. I know the Last Remant, Eternal Sonata, Valkerie Profile, Disgea 3, Fallout 3, Overlord...there are more I can't remember... and maybe AAA Exclusive White Knight Chronicles... not FLOPS like Mediocore 90's JRPG Flop Odyssey and EVEN WORSE Blu ray Dragon. WKC will poop all over those crappy Last gen RPG's.
And then coming in 2009 is the RPG of ALL RPG's....also the second most valuable fanchises of ALL TIME...coming to the PS3 in TWO MEGATON GAMES HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAH AHA BOTS You will be OWNED.
About time we get some more RPG or JRPG. PS3 is starting to get a nice library of games, but they are lacking in the RPG section. Although looking at the next year or two looks like a ton of good RPG are cominig.
