Here we go, another article about The Last of Us. Aren’t you bored with these yet? Haven’t all the articles covered basically the same things? “Oh, The Last of Us is a shining example of how awesome video games are!” or “The Last of Us is better than Santa Clause!” There has been thousands upon thousands of articles talking about all the praises of The Last of Us since it released just under a month ago, heck, Kyle has even contributed to them. But, now is a time to talk about what is lacking about the game, namely the multiplayer.
The Chair is our chance to take another look at a recently released title after the fever of the release excitement has gone away. Things can pop out of a game after you have spent more time with it. Here, we will dive into different topics about the game in question.

They are working on something new. Not to be rude but it is impossibility stupid to think ND next major announcement is going to be a remaster or their next Last of Us entry is going to be another remaster.
I think this is in response to them releasing a remaster for the sequel, a game that didn't need a remaster.
Basically a "why did you put out a remaster no one asked for when you have all there options available"
They remaster is to put out something quick while they are deving new stuff. I don't get how people can be so static.
That was a Remake. I guess they could do that to 2, but man…. They should wait a couple generations so it can look like a major upgrade.
The team is sad for losing out on such a great project but celebrates its growth because of spending time on it.
All they had to do was make a basic online mode like their previous games. Instead they wanted more money and choose to go live service which makes games worse in my opinion.
What a waste of time and money, what a shame.
I can't wait for season 2 so they can kill Joel off in the first 2 episodes!! Then it will be just Abby and Ellies revenge plot!

Not sure why they didn’t just make Factions 2. There was no need to make it a live service.
TLoU Factions was a great addition such a shame they couldn’t be bothered to remaster that for PS5 considering the crazy high price tag of the remaster of a remaster…
This is something to be celebrated. This studio is smart and they get it, even factions 2 wouldn't've have been worth the time. I am surprised they didn't just remaster the first one though, but actually how popular was Factions?
Guy makes some good points. I'm sure ND will incorporate something like "The Lab" they had in the Uncharted series to mix things up in the future.
Also, I just believe this game is a grind in multi player until you get to about level 15 where you can start getting some of the more powerful weapons suppressed. This game is all about stealth too.

A good read & an article i agree with. This is the best online since geow1 "my opinion though" i have played it pretty much non-stop since finishing the campaign. I use my tritton's when upstairs and it sounds fantastic. I never can get a party going though on psn since my freinds are on xbl, playing god knows what last time we were all playing world at war, thats how dry it is.
A couple have ps3's but they dont acknowledge its online. Like i say sometimes "you can eat pork, beat pork but you cant educate pork". It's a shame really that people dont know how good this is online!
