A 'Daum' representative revealed the reason for choosing Hello Venus as the game models, commenting, "Hello Venus were chosen as models after seeing how their lively charms fit well with the 'Lime Odyssey's adventurous game concept. You will be able to see a new side of Hello Venus through their various promotions for 'Lime Odyssey'."

According to a report in a fan forum, the CEO of Cykan Entertainment allegedly mentioned that he is considering to shut down the studio and Lime Odyssey, mainly due to “financial problem”. Founded by a group of Ragnarok Online developers, this will be the 2nd time Lime Odyssey is closing.
