It does nothing to truly improve on its predecessor, and will only really please those who are eager for more Dead Island, or those who are completely new to the series and enjoy a decent zombie basher. Otherwise, this is just a very dull affair, and it’s mostly average. It can be fun, but on the whole it’s unimaginative, flawed and grows tired before its time. It’s also terribly overpriced."
