Well it's just the reviewers opinion so they basically see this game as a really great game in their eyes, some people pay attention to flaws while others will have fun regardless.

10/10 should mean the game has zero flaws, it is perfect and should be considered a timeless classic, something that not only is well rounded and fun, but also innovative and will be remembered as the game to play of this generation.

Though it may be a good game, 10/10 is not the score to give it.

I understand how you feel, but a lot of people also feel that 10/10 isn't perfect.

To me it means that what flaws it does have does not detract from the overall experience.

My example would be Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. 10/10. It isn't flawless.
