Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams Review - Xbox Reviewer

When sister number one Maria is abducted into the Dream World, she is quickly captured and held captive by a giant evil-doer dragon, hell bent on enjoying a rare filling meal of unsuspecting teenage girl. With no means of escape, she must rely on her sister Giana (Giana Giana?) to come to her aid, and to slay the dragon. Now a teenager, Giana must also enter the Dream World herself to rescue Maria from the imminent fiery dragon death she faces. Luckily for Giana (and for her sister sitting comfortably in the belly of early said dragon), now in her teenage years can manipulate the Dream World, giving her the ability to jump between persona’s, allowing her a multitude of advantages that will help her bring her sister back to reality
