Except ARK is an early access, which either means it's either alpha or beta. Don't get me wrong! I'm looking forward to the game, it's on my wish list, but I will not pay money for something that is not fully complete.
Long gone are the days of "Free Beta."
Thats too bad, because the game is the pc equivalent to crack.

ARK is only out a wet week with less than a year developement released as EA so YEH it's in alpha.
Has had more content on release than nearly any other early access title and more patches in a week than most titles in a month to even six months.

Awesome i like your statement above,you're a perfect candidate to stay away and be kept away from EA game development because with above statement,i wish more people would be like you , who go an buy EA games and start whining and ranting bcos they don't grasp its concept would just follow you.

It's a shame no one notices a laser being shined into their eyes... but other than that this game is no crysis 3 but it still looks ok.
playing with a 360 controller no doubt. But it does look really nice. On pc nobody seems to care about graphics like these, but if it were a next gen console people would be freaking out...
