Pimp City looks like a cardboard ghost town. Pedestrians and traffic are sparse, and the only other cars on the road are boxy black sedans. During the interview scenes, the characters speak but their lips don't move. And that gosh darned GPS arrow still points the wrong way half the time!
Basically, the games producers are hoping Wii owners will pay full price for the same poorly contrived mash-up of driving and minigames that's been collecting dust in the PS2, PSP, and Xbox 360 bargain bins for a while now.
You'll love:
- Xzibit's dialogue is funny
- Authentic customer interviews
- Tilt the controller to steer
You'll hate:
- Not enough car pimping
- Horrible minigames
- Bland graphics, generic music
PeanutButterGamer goes over his top 10 worst licensed video games and has SO much fun while doing it.
GameCrashers.net's recurring series where the Gamepocalypse has laid waste to all the good games in the world and all that's left to play is the absolute worst video games ever made. Sean from GCRADIO plays them so you don't have to.
On This Episode: Having an uncontrollable urge to ‘ghost ride the whip’, Sean gives us his impression of Activision’s mega flop ‘Pimp my Ride’. Special Guest Zvarri (of the 'It Only Does Podcast' podcast) also joins us to relive the best moments that never happened in D3Publisher’s ‘Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard’.
From the article:
''Even though the PSP is blooming with great titles lately there's always the bad apples that make it to every gaming platform. The following list of games should simply stay in the bargain bin or even better…the rubbish bin.''
Wow, that article was very boring. Each mini review averaged maybe 2-3 sentences and it didn't really give much insight into why they were so bad. He could have done better.
This is a stupid list. Of course all the worst games are tv show or movie games.
