Obscure: The Aftermath follows the story of a group of friends attending college who discover that a mysterious black flower, with addictive hallucinogenic effects, also has the terrifying effect to mutate people into hideous monsters.
Obscure is half "Breakfast Club" and half Resident Evil, both a horror game and a send-up of teen slasher movies. The big selling point for Obscure was the fact that it was a two-player survival horror game, allowing two friends to take on the horrors of high school together.
ObsCure: The Aftermath features an improvement of nearly all of the hang-ups that held the first game back.
