SEGA Europe today announced Godsrule: War of Mortals, the free-to-play, cross-platform build and battle game is now in open beta. Godsrule: War of Mortals is a player vs. player combat strategy game set in a fantasy world where players can lead their fierce armies into combat for control of the empire.

GameZebo: Longtime readers of this site may know I have a problem with the current explosion of social strategy games. By the time you've played your twentieth variation of the same formula, they've all started to blur together into a confused jumble of housing, farms, and amicable quest givers.
